About APL Group Holdings, LLC |
APL Group Holdings focuses on developmental drilling projects in proven-producing fields. Currently, our core area of activity
is in Southeast Texas. Southeast Texas is a prime development area with known reservoirs of natural gas supported by extensive
pipeline systems that carry product to market. In addition, many of these wells produce commercial quantities of oil which works
to further diversify our investment and return potential.
The US government is now mandating natural gas usage over oil and coal for many energy applications. Unlike petroleum and coal,
which produce toxic carbon monoxide, sulfite compounds that produce acid rain, hydrochlorides that aggravate asthma and other
complex carbon compounds that poison the environment, the only products of burning natural gas are 100% pure water, a small
amount of carbon dioxide, and energy. Until alternative energy sources are proven to be a viable option to the energy crunch,
natural gas will continue to be the greenest energy solution around. The government mandate, combined with consistently high
commodities pricing, presents a solid opportunity for investing in natural gas energy production.

Recently completed well currently producing
3,000 MCFPD and 65 BBL of oil per day. |
Our Lavaca County Well #1 was put into production on October 6, 2007. As of
February 2008, this well has produced approximately 380,000 MCF and 8,900
barrels of condensate.

APL Group Holdings is on pace to complete
three additional wells by EOY 2008. |
Spurred by the success of our recently completed Lavaca County well, APL Group Holdings has targeted three additional natural gas prospects
in Southeast Texas for immediate development.
Prospect #1
Lavaca County, Texas
APL Group Holdings is set to drill a 12,500' well in Lavaca County, Southeast
Texas to test Middle Wilcox reservoir sands. These sands have a total gross
thickness of 200’ with an expected pay thickness of 50’. This well directly
offsets our current well.
Prospect #2
Lavaca County, Texas
This project targets a 16,000' well in Lavaca County, Southeast Texas to test
the Lower Wilcox reservoir sands of Gata Field. This deep prospect is considered
a low-risk, development well with estimated reserve potential of approximately
20 BCFG.
Prospect #3
Wharton County, Texas
This project targets a 9,700' well in Wharton County, Southeast Texas that will
test the Middle Yegua DY-5 Sands. This development well has an estimated reserve
potential of approximately 4.5 BCFG and 150,000-200,000 barrels of condensate. A
nearby well produced 550,OOO MCFG and 45,000 barrels of condensate in its first
twelve months of production.
